Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for shopping with YUBBAEX. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing time
Most orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Some items or larger orders may need up to 5 business days before shipment. You will receive a tracking number after your order ships.
Shipping origins
Orders may ship from our available fulfillment locations, including our China location in Shantou, Guangdong, and our U.S. location in Downey, California. The shipping origin may depend on inventory availability, product type, and destination.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery
At checkout, customers can choose from available Standard or Expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
As a general reference, Standard shipping may take about 7-16 business days for many international orders, while Expedited shipping may take about 3-5 business days where available.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated according to the destination, order value, package weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Current shipping rules include:
- United States: Standard shipping may be free for eligible orders, with Expedited shipping available at checkout when supported.
- Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan, and selected nearby regions: Standard shipping may be free, with Expedited shipping available for a fixed fee.
- Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and selected regions: Standard shipping may be free for orders of USD 50 or more. Paid Standard and Expedited options may be shown for smaller orders.
- Rest of world: Standard and Expedited fixed-rate shipping options may be available depending on the destination.
- China domestic orders: shipping may be calculated by package weight.
The final shipping cost shown at checkout is the current applicable rate for your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged by your country or region. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Shipping issues
