Shipping and Delivery

 

1. Our shipping costs are based on live quotes from our shipping providers.

2. Our products will be shipped out from our US, UK, Japan, HongKong warehouse depend on your receiving address.

3. Normally the packaging time is in 48 hours, some of the products need 5 business days.

4. All shipping comes with a tracking code. You can choose standard or express shipping when you check out your orders. 

5. Express shipping is shipped via DHL or UPS and costs 2-7 days to reach you.

6. Standard shipping is shipped via USPS, Royal Mail, China Post, etc. and costs 7-20 days to reach you (depends on the shipping distance).

7. Packages and products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Notification of damage, shortages or defects should be sent to us immediately by e-mail or fax.

Wholesale shipping policy
